New clients do not require a referral to see a dietitian unless they intend to claim Medicare rebates under a GPCCMP (previously CDM/EPC) or EDP plan prepared by a General Practitioner. However, we value communication with our client's care team, such as a letter, to ensure a smooth transition of care. Please contact us directly or complete the e-referral form and we will be in touch to discuss service options.

Referrals We Accept:

  • Medicare GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (previously EDP/EPC)
