Rhiannon Hendra, APD & CEDC-D
Rhiannon is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC-D) and Monash FODMAP trained Dietitian. She provides a non-judgmental space for clients to explore their current and past nutrition challenges, and is committed to finding practical solutions with her clients to meet their goals.
Rhiannon is passionate about supporting people to build a healthy and enjoyable relationship with food that is supportive of their overall wellbeing. Rhiannon has significant clinical experience and provides nutrition support for a range of medical conditions including chronic kidney disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (previously PCOS), diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Rhiannon also has increased capacity to work closely with clients diagnosed with an eating disorder or clients who are looking for support with disordered eating habits.
Rhiannon engages in regular professional development and clinical supervision to keep up-to-date with the leading nutrition science to ensure her clients receive high quality care.

Rhiannon is a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC-D) through ANZAED. Your Nutrition provides specialised, weight-inclusive eating disorder nutrition support for clients aged 4 and above, including:

Rhiannon works collaboratively with treating teams including GPs, psychiatrists, and psychologists to provide coordinated, evidence-based care.

Chronic Kidney Disease is one of Rhiannon's primary areas of clinical interest and expertise. She has experience supporting clients across all five stages of CKD — including kidney failure (stage 5) — and through the nutritional transitions required for haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
Nutrition plays a critical role in preserving kidney function and slowing disease progression. Rhiannon is passionate about early intervention and works closely with nephrology teams to deliver proactive, coordinated dietary care. If you or a loved one has received a CKD diagnosis, connecting with a specialist dietitian as early as possible is strongly recommended.
