Enhance Student Wellbeing Through Nutrition Workshops

Why Student Nutrition Support Matters?

At Your Nutrition, we are committed to promoting positive food relationships, body confidence, and long-term wellbeing for young people. Our Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) is also a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC), providing expert, compassionate support grounded in evidence-based practice and a trauma-informed, weight-neutral approach.

We work closely with schools, carers, and wellbeing teams to offer interactive nutrition workshops that support both physical and mental health. Our programs empower students to make informed food choices, build body respect, and reduce the risk of disordered eating. Adolescence is a formative time for shaping food beliefs, self-image, and lifelong health behaviours. At this stage, students may also face increased vulnerability to body dissatisfaction, dieting pressures, and eating disorders.

Our school-based services aim to:

  • Promote a positive food and body culture

  • Enhance student energy, concentration, and mood

  • Encourage balanced eating without restriction

  • Support early intervention and referral for eating concerns

  • Equip staff and carers with tools to respond appropriately

We tailor dietitian-led workshops and programs to suit the needs of your school community. Our sessions are suitable for Years 7–12 and can be delivered as one-off events, wellness week activities, or a multi-session series.
